Home Watch of North Idaho is an NHWA Accredited Home Watch Service, we offer peace of mind that your home is being looked after by professional industry experts. Our local and veteran owned family business has a deep understanding of your needs as a homeowner.

To become a member each company goes through a vetting process, references are checked, consent to a background check, ensuring proper insurance, bonding and licenses have been verified and are verified yearly.  This community of professionals become the sounding board for advice and support for each other and continue to be the “Gold Standard” in the industry.

Each member has agreed to abide by the National Home Watch Association Code of Ethics & Mission Statement, along with continuing education requirements.  Membership in the NHWA can be verified by visiting National Home Watch Assoc.

We service all areas of the 5 northern counties of North Idaho, Kootenai, Boundry, Shoshone, Bonner, Benewah.
Inlcuding, but not limited to: Coeur d’Alene, Post Falls, Hayden, Athol, Rathrdum, Rock Ford Bay, Black Rock, Gosser Ranch, Sprit Lake, Worley. This list is not inclusive, Please inquire if your city is not listed.
